Using Progenio Quote you are able to:
- compile various quotes associated with the same review;
- specify a starting price, Progenio offers the possibility to change the price associated with each line;
- manage the discounts that may be at the row level, the total or according to the customer;
- manage the clauses: you can store pieces of text in order to make faster the preparation of the budget. These will then be shown in the prints themselves, allowing the user to customize the drafting of the budget simply by knowing the "position" of the clauses in the documents.

Management of Services: as "services"  we mean those costs to complete the order; in the sector of exhibition stands exists the transportation service to the place of exhibition or that of assembly.

To meet this need Progenio provides the user with an appropriate section in which the operator can choose the type of service, enter the data for the calculation of the price and then charged a fee. Using the software, you can select the object, find your destination with automated indication of the distance from home, and already have a cost, on which you can then operate; this allows to minimize the human error of incorrect allocation of data and also to track the costs of the operators manual intervention.

Specifications: Progenio offers the possibility of drawing up the specifications in a simple and almost completely automated. At the time of the estimate, if properly configured, the software will search for all elements in the list, the voice of the corresponding specifications, thus obtaining directly the offer.
The grouped articles and their related costs, which will then added up to get the total price of the line, are visible on the line of the budget so that the operator can realize what elements being assessed.
In addition to this, changing the price list associated with specifications, the software will recalculate all the prices of the items grouped together, getting the new price line; if  the unit measurement changes, Progenio first converts the various quantities into the new measurement unit and then recalculates the price.
