Progenio CAM is the ideal solution to improve the performance of the technical and production department in terms of both time and accuracy.

Progenio CAM analyzes the project from the geometric model dimensional, and generates instructions for the machine numerical control (CNC) to easily manage the production of customized items.

The CAD-CAM module of Progenio allows you to automate and streamline a series of operations:
• Start-stop automatic workpiece
• Set the coordinate system used by the machine tool
• Create cutting lists for each piece of the project
• Set processing parameters (radius, speed of movement) for each portion of the model
• Sending data to the CNC machine tool

Prints for the production and labels
The first department involved in the production is that of cutting department which gets the program already optimized, the card machine and the labels. The operator will apply the label on the cut piece with all the information that must receive and process the relevant departments for processing.
